ELEEELS, a global leader in massage products, in delivery innovative technology and concepts, is currently looking for domestic distributor to join our market & channel expansion.

 

Responsibilities

 

Distribution & Key Account Management

  - Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans    and reviews.

  - Develops sales volume and profit objectives for the key channels.

  - Develops and set up appropriate key performance objectives with distributor / agent in market on Brand Market.

  - Utilizes price structure system to accurately establish and measure financial contribution with distributor / agent, increase efficiency  with pricing and identify financial opportunities.

  - Builds and maintains great relationship and secure execution in key on and off premise national accounts based in sales territory as  measured by sales drivers and key performance indicators.

  - Analyses market trends and provide solid solutions.

 

Marketing Management

  - Develops ATL & BTL strategies and promotional plans to drive market share & sales target.

  - Participates in marketing by identifying promotional activities.

  - Provides timely feedback to marketing on market activities relating to competitive brands, services and prices.

  - Develops loyalty to the brands and the organization through customer management.

 

Sales Management

  - Formulates and implements sales strategies across Consumer Electronics/Healthcare channel segments.

  - Establishes and executes trading terms.

  - Participates in sales presentations and business review with key accounts.

  - Allocates sales territories and related targets to field force and ensure effective sales performance.

  - Implements training and motivational programs for sales force

 

Qualifications

  - At least 5 years' regional distribution experience from the consumer electronics or healthcare industry

  - Solid experience in handling brand building/marketing

  - Strong existing networking in domestic market(s)

  - Good knowledge and sense in market trend & business practices

  - Aggressive attitude and determined to meet sales & other business targets

  - Strong business acumen with strong planning and organizational skills
