Q: How do I switch on the massage gun?
A: Fully charge battery for up to six hours before first use either attached or detached from the gun. Please be sure to attach the battery securely into the base of the gun. The power switch is on the bottom of the battery. Moving it to ON position to switch on the product, OFF to switch off the gun.
Q: If my gun is not work / cannot be charged, what can I do?
A: Make sure you have switched the ON/OFF to ON and then press the power button. If you have tried and it still not work, please contact our support team for help
Q: How do I adjust the massage speed?
A: There are two massage modes and six speed settings. Here are the steps to change mode and adjust speed:
Switch on the gun by moving the power switch to ON position.
Sports Mode: Press the power button once to turn gun into level 1 of the sports mode, further press will turn gun to level 2 and 3 respectively. The blue LED lights will indicate the corresponding power level User can press and hold the power button for 1 second to pause the gun in working status.
Comfort Mode: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds, and release the button will allow the gun enter the level 1 of the comfort mode. Further press the button will allow the gun to enter level 2 and 3 of the comfort mode. Again, User can press and hold the power button for 1 second to pause the gun in working status
Q: How do I change the applicators?
A: Change the applicators only when the power is off. Insert the applicator by pressing in and remove by pulling out.
Q: How do I remove the battery?
A: To remove the battery, press the battery release button with thumb. Firmly pull downwards on the battery with the other hand
Q: When should I charge the gun?
A: To charge, connect the DC end of the supplied 24V adapter to the battery's charging port and plug AC side cable into wall outlet.The circular light indicator on the battery:
· Red color : 0 - 25%
· Blue color : 25 - 75%
· Green color : 75 - 100%
Only use the ELEEELS supplied AC Adaptor.

Q: When and how should I use the 4 interchangeable applicators?
A: The round, flat, fork and bullet applicators are for major muscle groups, small muscle parts, neck and back, and joints and acupuncture points respectively. Q: How should I clean the gun?
A: Clean it with a slightly damp cloth and dry with a soft towel. Remove the battery first and store it in the carton box in case of travel and storage.

Q: Is there any warranty for the gun?
A: Yes, you are entitled to full ONE year of warranty from the date of purchase, if the gun fails to perform due to a defeat in material or workmanship. Please do keep the invoice, receipt or proof of purchase and we are happy to replace or repair the gun or its components. Please note that the warranty is only valid in Hong Kong and Macau.
Be aware that the warranty excludes:
1. damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
2. units subjected to unauthorized repair;
3. units not used in accordance with ELEEELS care instructions;
4. damage exceeding the cost of the product;
5. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client's premises,and
6. failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
